One of the most intense weeks of Bret Bohman’s life is depicted in his video for recent single “Hope,” layering the already harrowing experience. He explains:

“I wrote ‘Hope’ during a week when I was waiting for some test results regarding a biopsy from tissue on my arm. It was nerve-wracking as you might imagine and writing the piece helped me calm down. The video, however, takes the perspective of memory and its ephemeral nature. Right after I received good results, Carolina and I went to Europe (I know, we’re broke now). It was a joyous experience, one of my all-time favorite trips. This video tries to capture an essence of this trip and the essence of remembering what we had just done in the previous city during our transit.”
