You would expect for a song called “Sad” to be comprised of soft folk strumming, but this tune from Bartosz Ługowski’s latest album, Pogoda, is barely melancholy. Turns out, in Ługowski’s native language, Polish, ‘sad’ actually translates to ‘court.’

Bartosz Ługowski reached out to let me know that Google translate is garbage. ‘Sad’ is in fact Polish for ‘orchard,’ which actually makes the most sense out of any of these images. Thanks for the clarification, Bartosz!
