Everyone’s in love with Maggie Rogers’ Alaska, even Amber Run, who’ve offered up this gorgeous acoustic cover of her breakout single. The British band has announced a new digital EP arriving in late September on Dine Alone Records. The EP will feature two versions of songs from their current album ‘For A Moment, I Was Lost’ plus two cover songs, including this cozy strumming, intimately stripped down rendition of Alaska. Its wistful and melancholic, and well worthy of some long drawn out sighs. Amber Run heads out on their first ever European tour this fall. Amber Run’s current sophomore album is available, here.
